Responsibilities:
Report directly to Credit Control Supervisor. This position is responsible to perform credit control activities in order to prevent and collect outstanding major account customer debt, while maintaining customer satisfaction, to communicate internally and cross-functionally communication, following set processes and channels, in order to analyze and resolve problem collections in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in a credit control environment, collection, AR management and account payable, good communication skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
