Bank BRI Syariah. BRI Syariah Bank Starting from the acquisition of Bank Jasa Arta by Bank Rakyat Indonesia, on December 19, 2007 and then followed with the acquisition of a license from Bank Indonesia to change the business activities of Bank Jasa Arta from conventional commercial banks into commercial banks running the business based on sharia principles on October 16 2008, it gives birth to general Islamic Bank, named PT. On December 19, 2008, had signed the deed of separation sharia business unit. The signing of the deed of separation had been made ​​by Bp. Sofyan Basir as Director of Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bp. Rahardjo Ventje BRISyariah as Managing Director, as the deed of separation Avg. 27 dated December 19, 2008 was made before a notary Fathiah Helmi SH in Jakarta.

Consolidation of business units of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sharia into BRISyariah became effective on January 1, 2009.

In 1965, PT Bank Chunghwa Shangyeh renamed PT Bank Kesawan and to further strengthen the Bank's position as well as the development of a better, Kesawan Bank Headquarters relocated or moved to Jakarta in 1990.

In 1995, the  approved a
Bank Kesawan Foreign Exchange Traders and subsequently in 1996 to get permission to Foreign Banks and Bank of Perception, the Bank can receive tax.

In 2002 operating system also manually changed to 'on-line' system in all branches of Bank Kesawan. Bank Kesawan a Public Bank in 2002 Initial Public Stock Offering some 78.8 million shares through the Stock Exchange. In the public offering of shares Series I Warrant also issued with a term of implementation in the year 2003 to 2005.

In 2011 the Bank Limited Public Offering II ("PUT II") to the Shareholders the issuance of pre-emptive rights ("Rights") of 2,935,263,768 shares, totaling Rp. 733 815 942 000, -. Qatar National Bank SAQ act as standby purchaser in the PUT II.

Implementation of PUT II capital of the Bank was increased and resulted in a change of ownership, including controlling shareholders.

As a result of the implementation of PUT II, Qatar National Bank SAQ be a Controlling Shareholder Bank with 69.59% of the issued and paid-up capital of the Bank.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct assessments of credit guarantees and resolve taxation issues. 
  2. Provide suggestions, opinions and remedial measures for the implementation of the work in the field of taxation.
  3. Assist the implementation of training on basic - basic knowledge of collateral assessment.
  4. Communicate ongoing work between branches (Jabotabek, Non Jabotabek) and Investment Banking, with credit taxation area.
  5. Assist units - units related work in the field of assessment in order to guarantee the implementation of the provision of credit and non Jabotabek Greater Jakarta region.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. 
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
