Responsibilities:

1. Ensure sales target are achieved
2. Ensure excellent customer experience
3. Handle all customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• A Diploma degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
• Fresh graduate
• Proficient in the use of computer based office tools
• MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Personal Banking Officer (Code: PBO)-Semarang
Responsibilities:

1. Ensure sales target are achieved
2. Maintain good relationship with customers
3. Acquire new customers

Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing
• Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,both in Bahasa and English
• Target and Customer Satisfaction oriented
• Communicative and persuasive, able to conduct interesting presentation
• Quickly adapt in any kind of situation
