Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of call center and priority servicing officer
2. Be in charge of 24/7 hours customer servicing function
3. Be commited to becoming a top-notch servicing center in the country

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Others or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of middle management experience in a reputable bank's Customer Servicing center. (e.g. BCA, Citi Bank, Permata, and the like).
• Proven strong leadership skills.
• Proven track record.
• Balanced relationship and analytical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comm of Mandarin not required but would be a great advantage.
• Below 40 years of age.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
