Responsibilities:

1. Prepares legal drafting, review and handles operating contracts
2. Works with representatives from various departments on developing and modifying practices and procedures to conform with legal requirements
3. Provides advice and counsel on a variety of legal matters or problems involving the company
4. Represents the company in certain litigation
5. Advise on policy holder complaint and claims legal matters
6. Co-ordinates with outside attorneys to define, implement and monitor the litigation strategy and the strength of legal position

Requirements:

• Male / Female,max. 35 years old
• Min. S1 Degree in Law from reputable university
• Min. 3 years of working experience as Legal Manager preferable in Insurance or Banking Industry
• Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• trong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
